Wines

The grapes kissed by the sun during the summer months are picked in September, the entire harvest is by hand and the grapes are placed in boxes. The careful selection of grapes is highest.

The first wine-making process and the second fermentation at the moment are taking place in the Italian sparkling wines district called Conegliano-Vadobbiadene. The two wines produced are both Charmat Method in the Brut and Extra Dry version, the first one more suitable for dining with seafood dishes and the other one perfect as aperitif.

Extra Dry

SPARKLING WINE Extra Dry
The grapes used to produce this wine are hand harvested and coming from vineyards located around 7 Kilometres from the Adriatic sea close to the city of Poreč. The stony and clay soil, the breeze of the sea and the sun shining creates an unique microclimate that gives to the Glera grapes all the needs to produce this Croatian Charmat Method Wine, thanks also to the Italian experience in making sparkling.
